Is Utah ready for the nation’s toughest wood-burning ban?

The Utah Air Quality Board has proposed the toughest regulation in the United States on wood burning, banning it altogether for nearly half the year in the state’s most polluted areas for fine particulates. Hearings on the rule start next week.
