Utah could learn a lesson or two from Colorado’s public school system, according to a new report.
Researchers with the Utah Foundation looked at performance and program differences between schools in the Beehive and Centennial states.

Colorado’s math and reading scores rank it at or near the top 10 states on national tests. Utah lags in the middle.
