Past event: Leadership Matters: Celebrating 16 Years of Insight

Date of event:

Utah Foundation President Steve Kroes

For the past 16 years — almost a quarter of its history — Steve Kroes has been at the helm of Utah Foundation, Utah’s pre-eminent public policy research group. In those 16 years, we’ve seen a lot of change: 760,000 more Utahns, two recessions, a growing economy, and Utah Foundation’s influence expanding through all of these developments.

As Steve prepares to move on to the next phase of his career, come join us to celebrate on June 15th at the elegant Grand America Hotel. We’ll hear from KSL-TV’s Deanie Wimmer, reflecting on how Utah has changed in those 16 years from her perspective as a veteran news anchor. We’ll also introduce Utah Foundation’s new president and look forward to the next chapter for Utah and for Utah Foundation.

When you join us for this gala luncheon, you’re also helping Utah Foundation continue the work it began in 1945, providing reliable, non-partisan research on Utah’s economy, society and quality of life for Utah’s decision makers and the community. Here’s the link to sign up.

Many thanks to the following sponsors for support of this celebration!
