Corroon: education must be funded in good times and bad

October 20, 2010 (Cache Valley Daily) - Republican Governor Gary Herbert and his Democratic Challenger Peter Corroon squared off Tuesday night in their last planned debate prior to the November 2 election. Excellence in education
