\r\n The Utah Foundation report \”Moving Up the Economic Ladder: An Analysis of Economic Mobility in Utah,\” released Thursday, shows that, over time, a majority of people in the Beehive State experience an increase in income relative to other Utahns — although in most cases the upswing is more blip than boom.
