Republican Governor Gary Herbert and his Democratic Challenger Peter Corroon squared off Tuesday night in their last planned debate prior to the November 2 election. Once again Corroon focused on education, saying Herbert believed education should be funded better when the economy improves.
\r\n Corroon says the Utah Foundation recently reported that Utah ranked dead last or next to last in test scores and this situation has to be changed.
