Position Papers on Education Finance and Reform

In light of Utah Foundation's April 2006 research report showing a significant decline in funding effort for K-12 public schools, Utah Foundation asked groups involved in education policy to submit brief position papers on what should be done to reform school finance or school policy in general. A number of thoughtful papers were submitted, and each is linked below. Most of the respondents will be speakers at Utah Foundation's forum on education finance and reform on September 7, 2006.

Position Papers

A press release summarizing these papers is available here.

We thank each of these participants for their time and effort in writing these papers and working toward a better education system for Utahns.
